How we price, bill and renew our services, in plain English.

These terms apply to the services of Malta WordPress (contact@maltawordpress.com): domains, hosting, business email, SEO content, licences and support, and website builds.
Prices and VAT
All prices on this website exclude VAT. Nothing is paid online: an order or enquiry is a request, and we confirm the details and the price by email before anything is booked.
Hosting and yearly plans
WordPress hosting, WooCommerce hosting, business email and licences are billed yearly. Plans renew automatically, and we invoice 30 days before each new period.
WooCommerce Business VPS and Enterprise VPS include an Elementor Pro licence, and Enterprise VPS includes SendGrid email sending (up to 50,000 emails a month). These stay included when the plan renews.
Backups
Backups of sites on our hosting are kept for 6 months.
Domains
Every domain is registered in your name. Each extension has its own yearly price, and the domain renews at that yearly price. Transferring a domain to us costs the same as registering it and includes one year. Managed Hosting, Fully Managed and every WooCommerce hosting plan include a free .com, .net or .org; other extensions are charged at their normal price. Maltese .mt and .com.mt names follow NIC Malta rules, and we confirm their availability by email.
SEO content
SEO content plans are billed monthly and run month to month. You can pause or cancel at any time.
Website builds and other work
Website packages have a one-time price. We confirm a fixed price once we agree the scope, and we start only after you accept it. Work outside a plan or package is €100 per hour, and fixed-price jobs are listed on Licences & support.
