When the goal is reached, we send the invoice. If we can’t reach it, there is no invoice.

What does no cure, no pay mean?
Before we start, we agree in writing what you want fixed or faster. You pay only when that goal is reached. If we can’t reach it, you pay nothing.
Which price applies to my site?
Speed optimisation (€350 one-time) is for a normal WordPress site, including Elementor and other page builders. Shop & bug fixing (€800 one-time) is for WooCommerce shops, or when something is broken, such as missing orders, database errors or a white screen. Both exclude VAT. The free check tells you which one fits.
Do I need to move my site to your hosting?
No, we work on any host. If the hosting itself is what holds your site back, we show you, and we offer to move it to our hosting. The no cure, no pay promise then applies after the move.
What is not included?
Redesigns, new features and paid plugin licences. If your site needs a paid speed plugin, we can supply the licence separately (see Licences & support). Bigger jobs, such as several sites or custom code, get a fixed quote first.
What do you need from me?
Your website address and a short description of the problem. If you go ahead, we ask for access to your WordPress dashboard and hosting, and we back up your site before we change anything.
